Refund Policies
If you would like a refund, you will be required to return your item(s). Once we receive your item(s), we will notify you via email that we have received your returned item(s) and begin an inspection to ensure that the item(s) meet the requirements for return. We will immediately update you on the status of your refund once we have completed our inspection. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment), or provide you with a gift card.

Returns Policies
Thank you for shopping with Anne Jacob Atelier. We appreciate your continued support and always seek to provide you with the best service and products.

However, we understand that sometimes you may not be 100% satisfied with your purchase. Sometimes the fit isn’t right, sometimes you may decide to try something else.
Whatever the reason, we are happy to accept returns on any garment that is unworn and still has the label attached. This applies to all items returned to us within 14 days of purchase. As long as the above conditions are met, you will be eligible for a full refund.

Bespoke:
Bespoke items cannot be returned as they are designed and made specifically to your order and measurements.

Ready to wear:
Returns can only be made when items are returned in the conditions stated above. They must also meet the following requirements:
Unused
Unwashed
Unaltered
With its original packaging
With a receipt or proof of purchase
Within 1 to 14 calendar days of purchase
Failure to meet the above requirements will result in refusal of return.
